Home-service mornings have a shape: leftover jobs from yesterday’s rain, a compressor that failed overnight, two cleaners due at the same condo lobby. The app may show van positions, job notes, and parts. The whiteboard may still be the thing people trust.
We sit through one briefing without taking over the radio. The findings note describes mismatches the dispatcher already feels — a slot offered to a householder while the van is on the other side of the river, a pest-control route that doubles back through Pending, a parts field that nobody fills because the spare is already on the truck.
This sitting is for companies that already have a person assigning work. It is a poor fit if the owner still dispatches from memory alone and does not want that morning observed.
