Field job-sheet walkthrough

A technician closes a real job: photos in a dim kitchen, skipped fields, a signature at the grille. We watch that close-out and write what the sheet actually demands.

Plumber at a residential pipe during a home-service job

Format: Half-day with one or two technicians, shop or selected jobs

Price basis: From RM 2,200 for a half-day walkthrough in Kuching

Duration: About five hours including travel between jobs

Where: Kuching residential jobs arranged by your dispatcher

A booking that reaches the van can still die on the job sheet. Technicians finishing a leak under a sink in a poorly lit kitchen often skip the photo the office later needs for a warranty claim. Signature capture at a grille, in rain, with gloves still on, is another stall we see on almost every electrical crew.

This walkthrough puts one Utilityspring visitor with a technician you choose — not a staged warehouse demo. We note which fields are tapped, which are ignored, and which messages the app shows when the phone has a weak signal between terrace rows.

You receive a short findings note aimed at the job-sheet screens only, plus a conversation with the dispatcher about what the office can reasonably stop requiring. Recoding the sheet is still your installer or vendor’s work; we stay with what happened on the jobs we watched.
