Follow-up working session
We come back after you have changed a screen or a job-sheet rule, and we watch whether householders and technicians actually use the new step.
Format: 90 minutes to a half day, in person or by video
Price basis: From RM 780 for a 90-minute return session
Duration: 90 minutes, or a half day if we watch new booking attempts
Where: Same shopfront as the original sitting, or video if the crew is on the road
The first findings note is only useful if someone changes a screen, a time-slot rule, or a photo requirement. A follow-up session is for crews who have tried that change and want a second pair of eyes on whether householders now finish the request, or whether technicians still skip the new field.
Bring one recent booking that succeeded and one that still failed. We do not reopen the whole app. We stay with the stall you asked us back for — often the address step, the cash note, or the close-out photo after a chemical clean.
