Terms of sitting and written findings
These terms apply when you book a sitting, pay a deposit, or use this website. They are written for findings visits, not for a product you can download.
Acceptance
By requesting a sitting, paying a deposit, or using utilityspring.click, you agree to these terms. If you are booking for a company, you confirm you may bind that company. If you do not agree, do not send a request or pay a deposit.
The sittings we offer
Utilityspring provides on-site and, where agreed, video findings visits: booking-flow sittings, field job-sheet walkthroughs, dispatcher morning briefings, and follow-up working sessions, plus a written findings note where that sitting includes one. We observe how a home-service booking or field app is used. We do not recode the app, take over dispatch, or guarantee that householders will finish more requests after you change a screen.
Dates are confirmed only after we accept the request in writing (including email) and, where a deposit is required, after that deposit clears.
Your responsibilities
You arrange access to the shopfront, dispatch desk, or jobs we are to watch. You obtain agreement from any householder or technician who will be observed or recorded. You do not ask us to copy customer lists off the premises. You make sure dummy bookings, if you use them, cannot take real payment.
Written findings
Findings notes describe what we watched. They are professional opinion based on that sitting, not a certification of your app, your safety practices, or your prices. You may share a note inside your company. You may not publish it as our advertisement without written permission.
Intellectual property
The website copy, arrangement, and our note templates remain Utilityspring’s. Your app, job sheets, and customer records remain yours. We do not claim ownership of your screens. You receive a licence to use the findings note for your internal decisions. You may not resell our notes or present them as someone else’s work.
Website use
You may browse this site for information about sittings. You may not scrape it in a way that burdens the host, impersonate the office, or submit the contact form with false details. Content is provided so you can decide whether to write to us; it is not legal, accounting, or safety advice for a particular job.
Liability
To the extent Malaysian law allows, Utilityspring is not liable for lost jobs, lost bookings, vendor delays, or profits you hoped would follow a screen change. Our liability for a sitting is limited to the fees you paid for that sitting, except in cases of death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or other liability that cannot be limited by law. We are not responsible for the conduct of your technicians or householders during a visit.
Third parties
Your app vendor, payment provider, and WhatsApp use are outside these terms. If a vendor cannot hide a time slot after our note, that delay is between you and the vendor.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Sarawak have jurisdiction, without limiting any consumer rights you may have under Malaysian law that cannot be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms on this page. The version that applies to a sitting is the version on the site when we confirm that sitting in writing.
