Visits
A findings visit is a booked morning or half day in your shopfront, at the dispatch desk, or beside a technician. It is not a lecture and it is not a login to your screens from our office.

You send two screenshots — usually the address step and the time-slot step — and a list of the trades you actually run. We agree which sitting you are buying: booking-flow, job-sheet, or dispatcher morning. A 30% deposit holds the date. If most jobs still arrive on WhatsApp, say so; we will still watch the app, but we will not pretend it is the only door into the company.

One owner or manager who can change a screen later. The person who answers the counter. For a job-sheet walkthrough, one technician you trust not to perform. For a dispatcher morning, the person who assigns vans. A full staff meeting is the wrong shape; people stop booking while they wait to be presented to.

A householder — or a staff member using a real household address in Kuching — trying to request a visit. Or a technician closing a leak repair, a chemical clean, or a wiring check. Or a morning of assignments, including the leftover jobs from rain. We take notes. We do not recode anything on the day.

A findings note in English within five working days (Malay if we quoted it). Then a 90-minute working session to pick the first stall worth changing — often the map pin, the service name on the time grid, or the cash note on the last screen. Recoding remains your vendor’s work.
We will not cold-call your customers. We will not copy a customer list onto our machines. We will not complete a paid test booking unless you arrange a refundable dummy job of your own. We will not sit in a householder’s kitchen unless that householder and your technician both agree, which is why most job-sheet walkthroughs start from jobs you already have on the board.
